Students should try to address problems or queries regarding the Centre's IT Services to the correct personnel. If you genuinely have a problem that is not listed within the FAQ pages please contact the appropriate support person from the list below.
- Please Note: When contacting support, please include the following information in the email:
- Your name, student ID, section where you are experiencing difficulties.
- Your web browser name and version (eg. Netscape 3.01).
- A brief and accurate description of your problem including any relevant error message(s) that you receive.
