The evolving world of Digital Financial Advice through the eyes of a Robo adviser
Recently John O'Connell, Chief Investment Officer, Macquarie Banking & Financial Services and Founder of OwnersAdvisory presented 'The evolving world of Digital Financial Advice through the eyes of a Robo adviser in Sydney and Melbourne'.
John talked about the rise of Robo-advice which has attracted both keen competition and fierce debate. While the variety and popularity of online investment and savings platforms has grown dramatically, key issues remain unanswered. Where does Robo advice fit in the spectrum of wealth management and which forms will survive. In particular John outlined how the advice, planning and fund management channels business models are adapting and walked us through Macquarie Bank’s robo adviser, OwnersAdvisory.
